Approximately 16 years ago, the city of Eskerville outlawed vigilantes in its jurisdiction.
Now, with meta-powered and other unusual crime on the rise, Eskerville’s Mayor and Chief of Police have begun an initiative to form a sanctioned, and heavily monitored, team of heroes to aid the police.
They are ‘The Bondsmen’.
